We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and transparent as possible. Please review your chosen payment option and the matching cancellation terms below before booking.

When you book a tour you choose one of two payment options at checkout. Each option has its own cancellation policy.

Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your reservation without any additional fees, subject to availability. If your preferred date or tour is unavailable, the cancellation terms above — based on the timing of your request and your payment option — will apply.
Cruise-Friendly Refund Policy
Cruise passengers are covered by a 100% refund — regardless of the payment option chosen — in the event that:
- The client's ship arrives late and the client is unable to join the tour
- The client's ship changes its date of arrival
- The client's ship skips the port
- The cruise line cancels the cruise

Terms & Conditions
By booking with VIP Santorini, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Route changes and safety adjustments
- The company reserves the right to modify or adjust the tour route due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or safety concerns.
- In the event of such changes, every effort will be made to notify customers promptly via email or phone.
2. Tour cancellations by the company
If a tour is canceled by the company due to adverse weather conditions or other safety-related reasons, a 100% refund of any payments made (deposit or full) will be issued within 5–7 business days.
3. Paying the balance (deposit bookings)
For deposit bookings, the remaining balance must be settled before the tour begins. We will contact you by email before the tour with secure payment instructions. If the balance is not settled, the tour may not proceed and the Flexible Cancellation Policy above will apply.
4. Customer safety and experience
Our priority is ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. All decisions to cancel or modify tours are made with your wellbeing in mind. Tours are operated in modern, air-conditioned Mercedes SUVs.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Customers must arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
- No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in forfeiture of the booking with no refund.
- Cruise passengers should provide accurate ship and arrival details so pickup times can be arranged correctly.
- Any special requirements or accessibility needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Affiliate Links & Third-Party Bookings
Some tours, activities and experiences featured on this website are offered in partnership with third-party booking platforms, including Viator (a TripAdvisor company). When you click certain links or booking buttons, you may be taken to one of these partner websites to complete your booking and payment directly with them. In these cases, the booking contract is between you and the third-party provider, their terms and cancellation policies apply, and we may earn a commission from the platform — at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the price you pay.
Other services — including our private transfers and tours booked and paid for directly on this website — are provided and fulfilled by VIP Santorini (Vacation Into Premium), and our own booking, payment and cancellation terms apply to those.
